Ok. I'm going to go out on a limb here.  
  
You cannot continue to harbor:

\* Anger  
\* Hatred  
\* Judgement  
\* Fear of  
  
a  
  
\* Person   
\* Group   
\* God   
etc...  
  
AND   
  
At the same time, enjoy 1+:  
\* Deep   
\* Loving   
\* Connected   
\* Authentic  
\* Open   
\* Vulnerable  
\* Intimate   
\* Fulfilling   
\* Meaningful  
  
...relationship(s) with people in your life.   
  
The most powerful $ breakthrough in my life happened after MASSIVELY FORGIVING EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING (for hours/days).

My teacher used to say, if you shut down ANY of your:   
\* Love   
\* Fear  
\* Anger   
\* Sadness  
\* Sexuality/desire/pleasure  
  
THEN, you automatically shut down the rest of the list as well, whether you want to or not.
